How to hit a backhand:

Backhand is a shot which begginers have difficulty so often. It is a little bit more complicated shot when compared to forehand. Hitting a succesful backhand starts with good footwork. You should have the right stance when you catch the ball.In the right stance for a two handed backhand, your right foot must be half a step in front from your left foot.Your right hand should be relaxed and you should hit the ball with your left hand not with both of them.Never let your right hand to hold your racquet so tight,if you do that  the accuracy
will fall accuracy will fall sharply. When you aprroach the ball first think about catching
and then accuracy and then power. You should never change the order this works quite effectively. You should catch the ball with your body slightly shifted to the opposite direction where the ball comes.Once you caught it follow it to the net. After hitting the ball your body and your elbow should point the spot which you want to hit the ball to.

Don't try to hit the backhand to quick unless you are quite familiar with it.By the way if you are a begginer don't hit one-handed backhand which we talk about later. It may cause you to have a 'tennis elbow'!
