Improve your game by MJ

Mental Tennis:

Sports are done by our bodies but the top performance of them cannot be acopmlished if you have a strong, clear mind.A clear mind will always make improve faster and will build your self-confidence. Tennis players have some advantages about having a strong mentiality when compared to sports which have lots of physical contact with opponents like soccer; because in such sports a trash talking player can spoil your confidence and concentration, but in tennis there is not much possibilty for such things.

How to build a strong mentiality:

Building a strong mentiality starts with finding the reasons that keeps you away from having it.We will talk about the common reasons but if you have any other problems, you can simply contact us in the message board section and we will try to help you.

1- Size doesn't matter!

I have seen so many youngsters who says that they can't play tennis as professionals because they don't have the size which is suitable for sports. Size is just a basic advantage in sports and it is rarely important in even professional games.A hard working small man will always beat a arogant, giant sized man who works less than you do.Tennis is a game which is based on mobility.A man who is 6'5" tall can't beat a quicker opponent usually.

2- I am too old to play tennis:

It is never too late to play this decent game if you are full of desire to play and support it with hard-work.

3-Always have a Plan

Don't forget to have plan each time you play a match. No matter whether it is so simple or too somplicated just have one because if you don't have a plan than you will be a part of your opponent's plan!
