April 11th 2009: After reaching the final with a win over Aravane Rezai, Karolina won the tournament today as she won 6-1, 6-4 against Viktoriya Kutuzova!!!

April 10th 2009: Karolina was in action in a 100K event this week in Torhout and won her opening match 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 against Yanina Wickmayer. Then, she reached the 3rd round with a 6-2, 2-6, 7-6 win over Julia Goerges. Karolina is now in the semis with a 7-6, 6-3 win over Yulia Fedossova.
