November 8th 2008: Yaroslava's run is over, she lost 6-3, 7-5 against Monica Niculescu in the quarterfinals:(

November 6th 2008: Yaroslava was in action in the 100K Krakow 1st round and won 6-3, 4-6, 6-2 against Lucie Hradecka..! She then won her 2nd round 6-2, 6-2 against Yung-Jan Chan and will now face Monica Niculescu...

October 27th 2008: Yaroslava got injured and had to stop playing while trailing 5-2 in her quarterfinal match...

October 23rd 2008: Yaroslava won her 2nd round in the 100K Poitiers event against Yulia Beygelzimer 6-1, 6-1..! Up next is Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova...

October 5th 2008: Sad news as Yaroslava lost her match today in the Kremlin Cup, Qualification as she lost to Italy's Francesca Schiavone 6-3, 6-4.

October 4th 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the Kremlin Cup, Qualification as she defeated E. Dzehalevich with a 5-7, 6-4, 6-3 win, she will now face Francesca Schiavone.

October 2nd 2008: Yaroslava was in action today but got injured and had to stop her match while losing 6-3, 3-4 to Monica Niculescu...:(

September 30th 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the Tashkent as she defeated Belarus's Anastasia Yakimova with a 6-1, 6-0 win, she will now face Monica Niculescu.

September 22nd 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the China Open, Qualification as she defeated Czeck Republic's Iveta Benesova with a 5-7, 6-2, 6-3 win, she will now advance to the main draw:)

September 22nd 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the China Open, Qualification as she defeated Russia's Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova with a 7-6, 2-6, 7-5 win, she will now face Iveta Benesova.

September 21st 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the China Open, Qualification as she defeated Y. Zhao with a 6-1, 6-1 win, she will now face Anastasia Pavluchenkova.

September 14th 2008: Sad news as Yaroslava lost her match today in the Toray Pan Pacific Open, Qualification as she lost to Russia's Vera Dushevina 3-6, 3-6.

September 8th 2008: Sad news as Yaroslava lost her match today in the Bali as she lost to China's Meng Yuan 5-7, 6-2, 7-5.

August 26th 2008: Sad news as Yaroslava lost her match today in the US Open as she lost to Poland's Agnieszka Radwanska 6-4, 6-2.

August 23rd 2008: Yaroslava was in action in the US Open qualifying and she won her last match 6-1, 6-2 and will be part of the main draw:)

August 21st 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the US Open, Qualification as she defeated C-W Chan with a 6-2, 6-2 win, she will now face J. Larsson

August 20th 2008: Yaroslava was in action in the US Open qualifying and advanced when her opponent C. Dentoni got injured..! Up next is C-W Chan...

August 10th 2008: Congrats to Yaroslava! She won her semifinal 6-0, 6-3 against Kristina Barrois and then today she won the final 6-4, 6-1 against Magdalena Rybarikova..!!!

August 9th 2008: Yaroslava continued her road, she won her semifinal 6-4, 6-4 against Rika Fujiwara and will now face Kristina Barrois.

August 8th 2008: Yaroslava won her 2nd round against Asha Rolle 7-5, 4-2 when her opponent retired..!

August 6th 2008: Yaroslava is in action in the 100K Monterrey event this week. She won her first match 6-7, 6-3, 6-3 against Olga Savchuk.

July 23rd 2008: Yaroslava was back in action, she helped her team win 25-13, with a 5-3 win in singles against Jelena Pandzic and she also won  in doubles and mixed doubles!

July 22nd 2008: Yaroslava was in action on Sunday but she lost to Audra Cohen in singles and also lost in doubles and mixed doubles in a 25-15 loss to Philadelphia... Then, yesterday, Yaroslava helped her team win 23-11, she won in singles against Hana Sromova and won in doubles and mixed doubles!

July 19th 2008: Yaroslava continued her good work in WTT. She won her singles 5-2 against Tammy Handler and also won in doubles and mixed doubles in a 23-20 win for her team against Sacramento:)

July 16th 2008: Yaroslava was in action again yesterday helping her team win 23-17, she defeated Kveta Peschke 5-3, won her doubles but lost in mixed doubles.

July 14th 2008: Yaroslava was back in action, she lost to Audra Cohen in singles and lost in doubles and mixed doubles in a 22-18 loss for her team:(

July 13th 2008: Yesterday, Yaroslava was back in action as she helped her team win 20-19 against Boston. She won in singles against Marie-Eve Pelletier. she also won in doubles and mixed doubles:)

July 13th 2008: Yaroslava was in action on Friday in WTT. She won in singles against Mashona Washington, won in mixed doubles but lost doubles in a 22-21 loss for her team to Washington.

July 10th 2008: Yaroslava and her team won against Washington 22-21. Yaroslava lost her singles 5-4 to Serena Williams, lost in doubles but won her mixed doubles.

July 9th 2008: Yaroslava is in action in World Team Tennis playing for the New York Buzz! Last week, her team won 24-16 despite her losing to Madison Brengle in singles. She did however win her singles and doubles:) They also won 23-18 against St-Louis! Yaroslava defeated Jelena Pandzic in that match and won her doubles while losing in mixed doubles..! And yesterday, her team lost 22-20 to New York Sportimes, Yaroslava won her singles 5-3 against Bethanie Mattek but lost in both singles and doubles...

June 18th 2008: Sad news as Yaroslava lost her match today in the Wimbledon, Qualification as she lost to Slovakia's Jarmila Gajdosova 6-2, 7-6.

June 17th 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the Wimbledon, Qualification as she defeated Britain's Sarah Borwell with a 6-4, 6-7, 6-4 win, she will now face Jarmila Gajdosova.

June 12th 2008: Sad news as Yaroslava lost her match today in the Birmingham as she lost to New Zealand's Marina Erakovic 3-6, 5-7.

June 11th 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the Birmingham as she defeated Britain's Katie O'Brien with a 7-5, 1-6, 7-5 win, she will now face Marina Erakovic.

June 9th 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the Birmingham as she defeated Uzbekistan's Akgul Amanmuradova with a 6-3, 6-1 win, she will now face Katie O'Brien

June 8th 2008: Yaroslava was in action Saturday in Birmingham qualifying, she won 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 in her opening match and then yesterday she defeated Rika Fujiwara 6-3, 6-3

May 18th 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the Internationaux de Strasbourg, Qualification as she defeated Belarus's Tatiana Poutchek with a 6-1, 6-2 win...

May 17th 2008: Good news as Yaroslava won her match today in the Internationaux de Strasbourg, Qualification as she defeated Venezuela's Milagros Sequera with a 6-1, 6-2 win, she will now face Tatiana Poutchek.

May 10th 2008: Sad news as Yaroslava lost her match today in the Internazionali d'Italia, Qualification as she lost to Estonia's Kaia Kanepi 6-2, 6-2.
