October 2nd 2008: Sad news as Patty lost her match today in the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix as she lost to Russia's Nadia Petrova 6-4, 6-1.

October 1st 2008: Good news as Patty won her match today in the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix as she defeated Russia's Svetlana Kuznetsova with a 6-4, 4-6, 7-5 win, she will now face Nadia Petrova.

September 14th 2008: Patty had a surprisingly easy match today in the final in Bali. She won 6-3, 6-0 against Tamira Paszek!! "I'm very proud; it's a great feeling to be the tournament champion. I had a great feeling the last three matches, where I was at a very good level and continued everything from New York, despite the fact I'm exhausted from being away from home for the last eight weeks and travelling all over the world. But I really like it here. I've been here many times and hope to make it back next year with the new format under the Tournament of Champions."
