April 26th 2009: Wow, a very impressive win by Italy this weekend as they reached the Fed Cup final with a 4-1 win over Russia:) Flavia Pennetta defeated Anna Chakvetadze 6-4, 6-0, then Francesca Schiavone gave Italy a 2-0 lead with a win over Svetlana Kuznetsova. Svetlana then won against Flavia  but a 3 set win by Francesca Schiavone against Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova gave Italy the win! Italy will face USA in the final:)
