February 4th 2008: Lindsay was in action playing Fed Cup as USA defeated Germany 4-1! First off, Lindsay Davenport lost to Sabine Lisicki 6-1, 7-5! Then, Ashley Harkleroad defeated Tatjana Malek to tie things up. Then, Lindsay Davenport gave her team the lead taking out Julia Georges 6-1, 6-2 and Ashley Harkleroad gave her team the win with a 6-4, 7-5 win over Sabine Lisicki. Lindsay Davenport and Lisa then won doubles to give USA a 4-1 win..next up will be Russia:)

July 15th 2007: After splitting the 4 singles matches, the US needed a doubles win and Lisa and Venus Williams were the ones in charge, but they failed losing to Nadia Petrova and Elena Vesnina...

April 22nd 2007: Venus and Serena played up to expectations in this weekend's Fed Cup tie as they helped the US team move past Belgium thanks to a 5-0 win!:) Venus won initially 7-5, 6-2 against Kirsten Flipkens, then saw Serena take out Caroline Maes. After that, Vania King got her shot and won against Flipkens, Venus won 6-1, 6-2 against Yanina Wickmayer and then Vania and Lisa Raymond won in doubles to complete the sweep... up next for the US team will be the all-powerful Russia!

February 19th 2007: Lisa's run in Memphis ended with a 6-2, 7-5 loss to Bethanie Mattek:(

February 17th 2007: Good news as Lisa Raymond is back in action this week playing in the Regions Morgan Championships and the Cellular South Cup. In her first match, she will face USA's Bethanie Mattek. You can see the full tournament draw here.

January 29th 2007: Lisa was in action this weekend in Tokyo trying to qualify for the main draw. She lost 7-5, 6-2 to Akiko Morigami in her opening match...

November 12th 2006: Here are some comments from Lisa following her great win: "The entire tournament, everything about it has been wonderful. The city has embraced us and embraces the tennis. They've come out to support the tennis and everyone who was behind the tournament was so well organized from the beautiful hotel that we stayed in to this facility. I've played in New York, L.A. and in Munich, and they all had their positives, but this as a whole was just hands down the best." "It's never easy to play against someone you used to play with (referring to Stubbs). Like Rennae, we're very good friends.  We had a lot of success together. But you go on the court and it's a match and it's business, and she wants to win as much as I do."

November 12th 2006: Great news for Lisa and Samantha as they won the doubles tournament in Madrid today winning 3-6, 6-3, 6-3 in the final against Black and Stubbs!! More infos soon!

November 12th 2006: Lisa and Samantha Stosur successfully qualified for the year end doubles championships, yesterday they won their semifinals against Kveta Peschke and Francesca Schiavone 6-1, 6-4! They will now face Cara Black and Rennae Stubbs.

October 14th 2006: Lisa tried but failed to qualify in Zurich. She won her first match 7-6, 6-0 against Adriana Barna but then lost 6-3, 7-5 to Timea Bacsinszky.

October 2nd 2006: Lisa was unfortunately unable to qualify, today she lost 5-7, 7-6, 6-3 against Sybille Bammer...!

October 2nd 2006: Lisa is now playing qualifying in Stuttgart, she won her first match 7-6, 6-2 against Kristina Barrois and 6-4, 7-5 against Yuliana Fedak!

September 24th 2006: Lisa was playing qualifying in Luxembourg but she did not fare too well losing her 1st match to Martina Sucha 6-7, 6-2, 7-5:(

September 9th 2006: Lisa was in action in doubles with Sam Stosur. They won their 1st match against Gagliardi and Garbin. Monday, they reached the 3rd round with a 6-1, 6-3 win over Santangelo and Vinci. On Tuesday, they won their 3rd round 6-3, 6-4 against Asagoe/Morigami Then yesterday they won against Navratilova and Petrova to reach the semis. But they then lost to Safina and Srebotnik....In mixed doubles, they lost round #1 against Krajicek and Dlouhy.

August 30th 2006: Unfortunately Lisa Raymond suffered a 2 set loss in the US Open 1st round, a 6-7, 2-6 loss.

August 9th 2006: Unfortunately Lisa Raymond suffered a 2 set loss in the JP Morgan Chase Open 2nd round, a 6-7, 2-6 loss.

August 8th 2006: Great news for Lisa Raymond as she won her 1st round at the Los Angeles tournament. She posted a 2 set win against Virginie Razzano, a 6-4, 6-2 win that now puts her up against Daniela Hantuchova.

August 1st 2006: Lisa's tournament in San Diego came to an end as she was defeated 7-5, 6-3 by Flavia Pennetta yesterday:(

July 31st 2006: Lisa and her team were in action in WTT this weekend. In the semis, she and the team won 23-17 against the New York Sportimes, Lisa won 5-2 against Ashley Harkleroad in singles and won 5-3 in doubles..! Then, they won the final against Newport. Lisa won her singles match against Anastassia Rodionova, and also won in doubles:)

July 27th 2006: On Tuesday, Lisa's team lost 21-17 to Hartford in part because of Lisa's 5-0 loss to Meghann Shaughnessy in singles, although she did win her doubles 5-3... Then yesterday, they won 21-16 against Hartford, she still lost 5-3 in singles but won 5-1 in doubles:) Now her team makes it to the semifinals, on Saturday they will face the New York Sportimes!

July 25th 2006: Lisa and her team won 25-9 against St Louis! Lisa won 5-3 in singles against Maria-Emilia Salerni and 5-4 in doubles...!
