May 5th 2008: Good news as Nadia won her match today in the Berlin as she defeated Slovenia's Katerina Srebotnik with a 7-6, 3-6, 7-6 win, she will now face Maria Kirilenko or Elena Vesnina.

January 20th 2008: Good news as Nadia won her match today in the Australian Open as she defeated E. Makarova with a 6-1, 7-6 win, she will now face Agnieszka Radwanska

October 4th 2007: Great news for Nadia Petrova as she won her 2nd round at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix  . She posted a 2 set win against Michaela Krajicek, a 6-1, 6-3 win that now puts her up against Jelena Jankovic

October 2nd 2007: Nadia is back in action playing in Stuttgart, she won her opening match today against Tatjana Malek 2-6, 6-1, 6-1!! She will now face either a qualifier or Alona Bondarenko.

September 26th 2007: Unfortunately Nadia Petrova suffered a 2 set loss in the FORTIS Championships Luxembourg 2nd round, a 2-6, 1-6 loss.

September 16th 2007: Great news!!! Svetlana Kuznetsova won the third match to give Russia the Fed Cup title for 2007! She defeated Francesca Schiavone 4-6, 7-6, 7-5..!! Well done:)

September 15th 2007: Nadia is indeed at the Fed Cup but has not played yet, we'll have photos soon, in the meantime, just wanted to let you know that as Anna Chakvetadze defeated Francesca Schiavone 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 and Svetlana Kuznetsova defeated Mara Satangelo 6-1, 6-2, Russia leads 2-0:)

September 14th 2007: Anna is in Moscow right now to play the Fed Cup final against Italy. The Russian team is composted of Nadia, Anna Chakvetadze, Svetlana Kuznetsova and Elena Vesnina.

August 30th 2007: Great news for Nadia Petrova as she won her 2nd round at the US Open. She posted a 2 set win against Anastassia Rodionova, a 7-5, 6-1 win that now puts her up against Agnes Szavay

August 28th 2007: Nadia won her 1st match at the US Open, she defeated Timea Bacsinszky 6-3, 6-1... next up is Anastasia Rodionova.
