Biography

Magdalena was born April 1st 1975 in Sofia, Bulgaria.. she already had two older sisters, Katerina and Manuela who also made great tennis careers.

She turned professional in 1989 at age 14, reaching the final in Bali, an ITF event,  that year..

In 1992, she had her most consistent year on the tour in grand slam events reaching three 4th round and one third round..
