November 28th 2004: Wow, tough day for the French team:( They started tied 1-1 and Nathalie Dechy unfortunately lost her match against Anastasia Myskina 6-3, 6-4 but then huge boost as Tatiana created a big upset with a win over world #5 Svetlana Kuznetsova!!!! Tied 2-2, doubles was on, and unfortunately, in the end, Emilie Loit and Marion Bartoli lost 7-6, 7-5 against Anastasia Myskina and Vera Zvonareva:(

November 27th 2004: Nathalie Dechy created an upset in Moscow today as she defeated Svetlana Kuznetsova 3-6, 7-6, 8-6 to give France a 1-0 lead over Russia in the Fed Cup final. Unfortunately, Anastasia Myskina then defeated Tatiana 6-4, 7-6. Things are thus tied 1-1 after Day #1!

November 25th: Great news for the French team as they advanced to the final, Nathalie Dechy won 6-3, 6-1 against Annabel Medina Guarrigues while Tatiana won 6-3, 6-4 against Maria Sanchez-Lorenzo and Marion Bartoli and Emilie Loit defeated Virginia Ruano-Pascual and Marta Marrero ..France thus wins 5-0 and will face a strong Russian team in the final!

November 24th 2004: Great start for France as they took a 2-0 lead over Spain:) After a 6-3, 6-3 win by Tatiana over Annabel Medina Guarrigues, Nathalie Dechy won 6-2, 6-4 against Maria Sanchez-Lorenzo.

November 23rd 2004: Wow, big event starting for Tatiana as she'll be playing 2 singles matches in the Fed Cup semifinals against Spain! She'll face Maria Sanchez-Lorenzo and Annabel Medina Guarrigues!!! Nathalie Dechy is playing the other two singles matches while Loit and Bartoli play doubles. Winner will probably take on Russia in the final!
