May 7th 2008: Good news as Gisela won her match today in the Berlin as she defeated Denmark's Caroline Wozniacki with a 6-2, 7-5 win, she will now face Victoria Azarenka.

May 6th 2008: Good news as Gisela won her match today in the Berlin as she defeated Czeck Republic's Nicole Vaidisova with a 4-6, 6-1, 6-2 win, she will now face Caroline Wozniacki.

May 4th 2008: Awesome job today by Gisela, she was solid and won the final of the Fes tournament 7-6, 7-6 against Annabel Medina-Guarrigues. "Anabel is a great player, especially here on clay. It was a really physical match. We had very long points and even though it was only two sets it was close to three hours. In both tie-breaks I took my opportunities and went for my shots - that probably made the difference today, even though I missed sometimes."

January 3rd 2008: Gisela did not have to finish off her opponent, she won when Jelena Jankovic withdrew at 6-7, 2-0... but Chela lost his match and they lost in mixed doubles... a 2-1 loss for Argentina..:(
