December 22nd 2005: Daja announced she would not be playing tennis anymore, read about it here.
August 1st 2005: Daja is in France trying to qualify for a 50K tournament! She won her opening match 6-2, 6-1 against Roberta Martenelli! But she then lost 5-7, 6-1, 6-4 against Andreja Klepac:(
July 15th 2005: Daja and the Boston Lobsters suffered another defeat, a 22-17 loss to Philadelphia in which Daja won her doubles but lost 5-3 to Carly Gullickson in mixed doubles.
July 14th 2005: Daja and the Boston Lobsters were defeated 23-22 by the Houston Wranglers, she lost singles and doubles, a 5-4 loss in singles to Ansley Cargill.
July 12th 2005: Daja and the Boston Lobsters were defeated after all, a 24-14 loss to Springfield, Daja lost her singles match to Kelly McCain and lost in doubles too:(
July 11th 2005: Well Daja actually played both singles and doubles, she lost her singles match 5-4 to Chanelle Scheepers and lost doubles, but Boston defeated Delaware 22-19!
July 8th 2005: Daja and the Boston Lobsters lost yesterday... Daja lost her doubles match with Martina Navratilova against Martina Hingis and Jenny Hopkins.
July 7th 2005: Daja and the Boston Lobsters did win their match yesterday against Delaware, Daja won her doubles match with Martina Navratilova:)
July 5th 2005: Daja is playing World Team Tennis again this year, she is playing for the Boston Lobsters, they lost 20-19 against Kansas City, she suffered a 5-1 loss against Laura Granville herself but won in doubles...
April 19th 2005: Daja will be back playing World Team Tennis this year:) She is on a team that includes among others Martina Navratilova and James Blake:)
April 4th 2005: Daja was back in action playing in Charleston but lost in two quick sets today against Mary Pierce:(
March 22nd 2005: Daja's tournament in Miami ended with a 6-3, 6-4 loss against Stephanie Cohen-Aloro!:(
March 12th 2005: Daja certainly gave a good battle but lost 6-3, 6-7, 6-2 against Amy Frazier:(
March 10th 2005: Wouhou!!! It had been a while since Daja had won in a big WTA tournament but today she did as she defeated Kveta Peschke 6-3, 3-6, 6-3, such great news:) Next up is #18 seed Amy Frazier:)
February 4th 2005: Daja started off her season playing a 75K event in Italy, she lost unfortunately against Martina Sucha when she withdrew down 1-0 ...
