May 5th 2008: Sad news as Marat lost his match today in the Tennis Masters Roma as he lost to Switzerland's Stanislas Wawrinka 7-6, 2-6, 1-6. May 2nd 2008: Sad news as Marat lost his match today in the Munich as he lost to Chili's Fernando Gonzalez 3-6, 5-7. May 1st 2008; Good news as Marat won his match today in the Munich as he defeated France's Marion Bartoli with a 7-6, 6-7, 6-3 win, he will now face Fernando Gonzalez. Gulbis with a 6-0, 6-4, 7-6 win, he will now face Marcos Baghdatis January 9th 2008: Marat is back in action playing the Kooyong exhibition, today he fared well defeating Andy Murray 6-1, 6-4, well done:) October 16th 2007: Sad news as Marat lost his match today in the Tennis Masters Madrid as he lost to I. October 9th 2007: Good news as Marat won his match today in the Moscow as he defeated D. August 8th 2007: Marat gave a fair effort but wasn't mentally strong enough to come out on top, he was defeated 7-6, 6-0 by Rafael Nadal... August 7th 2007: Marat was in action today in Montreal, but not for long as his opponent Robin Soderling got injured and retired while the score was 1-2... next up for Marat is Rafael Nadal! August 2nd 2007: Marat's tournament ended as he was surprised 6-3, 7-5 by Gael Monfils:( August 1st 2007: Marat reached the quarterfinals, he defeated Robin Haase 7-5, 6-7, 7-5 and will now face Gael Monfils. July 30th 2007: Marat was in action in Washington, he defeated Jan Hernych 6-2, 2-6, 6-2, next up is R. Haase... July 19th 2007: Tough loss, Marat was defeated by Hyung Taik-Lee 4-6, 7-5, 6-4...:( July 18th 2007: Marat won his 2nd round, he took out G. Bastl 6-2, 2-6, 6-4 and will now face Hyung Taik-Lee.
