So everybody here we have arrived at the start of the US Hardcourt season.. Andy has lots of points to defend and I’m sure he will be determined to have a summer like 2003! Wimbledon was excellent and Andy shouldn’t be disappointed… come on Roger is like invincible at the moment!

Andys first stop on the road in Indianapolis, Indiana where he is aiming to become a hat trick champion as he has won here the past two years.

THE DRAW ~

Andy is the top seed for this event… I have also just heard that Andre Agassi has pulled out and Nicolas Kiefer will become the second seed. Also in Andys half are his fellows Americans Robby Ginepri, Mardy Fish and Vince Spadea. Our favourite British starlet Andrew Murray has also been awarded a wild card and will face the Brazilian Flavio Saretta.

In the other half there is Max Mirnyi, Taylor Dent, and the wee American cutie Donald Young.

The draw for Andy looks fairly smooth, he shouldn’t have very many problems I feel… it’s a good chance to get lots of points and a confident start to the big summer season.

¼’S ~ Andy to beat Vince Spadea

½’s ~ Andy to beat Mario Ancic

Final ~ Andy to beat Nicolas Kiefer
